Over the past 10 years my partner and I have travelled to some amazing destinations all over the world organised by Shannell. Each trip was planned flawlessly and stress-free for us so we just kept going back to Shannell. Shannell became not just our travel advisor but a valued friend. The ammount of travel we have booked with Shannell over the years is pretty substantial, and sometimes has probably been rather frustrating for her with the “backward and forwards” of dates, flights, changes etc. I have never seen her get flustered even under a lot of pressure, and she has always maintained professionalism with us. She always ensures we know how to contact her – any time of the day or night while we are travelling if we experience any issues (which has only ever happened once for us – fingers crossed)

I arrived in NZ from the UK in 2004. My partner and I go to the UK each year to visit friends and family. We always have a stopover on the way there and for 3-4 nights on our way back to NZ.
